Our Managing Director, Marc Morrow, comes from an engineering background and worked very successfully in sales before discovering he had a particular flair for executive search. Among other roles, he has worked as Technical Recruitment Consultant at Brightwater, Head of Search at Ardlinn, and Head of Engineering & Life Sciences at Page Executive.
In 2018, Marc was handpicked for the busy role of Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Crowley Carbon. He supported the company’s global growth strategy with an ambitious recruitment plan as well as working on other worldwide projects within the Norman Crowley portfolio. In 2019, he decided the time was right to bring to life a vision he had for a headhunting firm that did things a little differently and became Managing Director of Hunter Executive Search.
Marc’s experience and track record in headhunting for global C-suite talent are second to none. He leads Hunter Executive Search in its quest to create long-term win-win situations for both clients and candidates.
